Digital and AI Manager

Sovereign Network Group (SNG) are setting up a brand-new Digital and Artificial Intelligence Team. We want to be able to leverage Digital and AI capability to drive innovation and improve customer and colleague experience. We're looking for a Digital and AI Manager to join our team in Basingstoke, working hybrid from home and the office 2 days per week

The role:

As a Digital and AI Manager, you'll be at the forefront of AI-driven transformation, working closely with business stakeholders to shape and implement a strategic digital roadmap.

You'll guide the development lifecycle of AI and digital products, ensuring they align with business needs, deliver great customer experiences, and generate meaningful data insights.

What You'll Do:

• Develop and execute a Digital and AI solutions roadmap in collaboration with key stakeholders.
• Manage the end-to-end product development lifecycle, from concept to adoption.
• Lead agile delivery—creating user stories, prioritizing feature development, and ensuring strong UI/UX.
• Oversee risk management and compliance within AI initiatives.
• Collaborate with vendors and external partners to drive innovation and ensure value delivery.
• Monitor and report on product performance, ensuring solutions deliver ROI.
• Champion a culture of continuous improvement, leveraging data-driven insights.
• Drive stakeholder engagement through effective communication, demos, and training.

What We're Looking For:

• Proven experience in Digital and AI solution development and implementation.
• Strong AI, machine learning, and data analysis
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Effective communication and stakeholder engagement capabilities.
• Passion for innovation and technology-driven transformation.
